How long does a project take?
Websites within the packages take roughly 3 to 4, 5 to 7 or 9 to 11 weeks, depending on the scope. The schedule starts once the content is ready, the first payment is made and the start date is confirmed. For apps, the timeline is estimated after studying the requirements.
Do the prices include hosting?
The price covers the agreed work. Hosting, the domain, email and external services are set out separately before the project starts, and their accounts belong to you.
Is maintenance required?
No, maintenance is optional. You can take the site over and run it yourself, or choose a monthly package for defined maintenance tasks and changes. Every package includes 30 days of bug fixing, as agreed.
Can I edit the site myself?
Packages with content management let you edit the defined content types. The quote says exactly what you can edit, and we give you a handover session. A full redesign or new features are quoted separately.
Who provides the text and images?
You provide the content, logo and images you have the right to use, and any approved translations. Extra help can be arranged with a clear quote if you need it.
What if I cancel maintenance?
Your ownership and data stay as in the build agreement. Maintenance tasks end with the paid cycle, and we hand over a copy and the agreed transfer details without deleting your site.
Do you guarantee sales or a Google ranking?
We deliver the agreed requirements and prepare the site technically, but sales and search results depend on your offer, content, marketing and competition, so we never guarantee a number or a position.
