Written acceptance
You review and accept in writing; we fix what is within scope.
Final payment and launch
The last payment, then publishing on your domain.

A plan written in weeks, and you follow it stage by stage.
Before we start, the stages and payments are written down. Then you see your project's stage on the tracking page, with your reference number.

Written acceptance
We suggest 5 working days for review. Silence is not acceptance: if a review runs late, we reschedule what follows.
30 days of bug fixing
After launch we fix implementation defects within the agreed scope. New features and preferences are separate change requests.
Your ownership
The domain and platform accounts are in your name from the start. Code and data are handed over once the build is paid for, and cancelling maintenance never cancels ownership.
