This page explains what the moonsoft website collects when you send a request, why, where it is stored, and when personal details are removed. It is written from the tools the site actually uses.
Who we are
moonsoft is an independent studio run by its founder. For anything about your data: moonsoft.ms@gmail.com
What we collect
Browsing the site collects nothing. We only collect data when you send the Start a project form:

How we use it
Only to reply to your request and estimate its scope. We never add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Where it is stored
In a PostgreSQL database on the server that hosts this website. Only the founder can reach it, through a password-protected admin inbox.
Email notification
When a new request arrives, the founder gets an email through Resend, when that service is configured. It includes the reference, the service and project type, the name, email and phone, the preferred contact method, the form language and the time sent. The project description is not emailed; it stays in the database.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become work have their personal details removed 90 days after they arrive. Requests we are working on or have contracted stay with the project record.

Analytics
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and we load no fonts or scripts from outside services while you browse.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion by writing to the address below; we reply within two working days. moonsoft.ms@gmail.com

If what the site collects or how it is stored changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
